We are a solid team that combines decades of experience in ASIC design, Software development and Global Business expertise.

Assaf is Spondoolies' CEO . He brings with him a wealth of experience in terms of chip design, embedded systems and networking. Assaf held many management positions where he had to recruit and manage teams of developers and guide product development to a successful launch via careful planning of logistics and resource management. Assaf has a BSc in Electrical Engineering cum laude from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Guy is a digital asset expert, widely recognized as such in the industry. He has a broad mix of professional experience that range from founding start-ups, through working in the corporate world for Intel and Voltaire, to consulting projects for startups and mature companies in a wide range of industries.
Guy studied Math and Physics at Tel Aviv University.

Kobi has vast experience in leading hardware, software and system design in challenging, multi-disciplinary environments. Before founding Spondoolies-Tech Kobi managed a multi-million dollar manufacturing operations as a COO of Solar Edge, a Clean-Tech company. Kobi has a BSc in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and holds an executive MBA from Israel's Technion institute of technology.

Harel serves as VP of engineering. He is leading hardware and system designs from concept stage through bring-up and production. Harel has in depth familiarity with the different aspects of product development including defining the electrical, mechanical, thermal and testing requirements. Harel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Joseph has more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, having worked for Telecom providers, and startups in France, UK and Israel. Joseph has held management roles in Technology, Operations, Innovation and Business Development. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Physics, a Postgraduate Degree in Optics from Paris 7 University and a MBA from London Business School.
